INDIVIDUAL HAM LOAVES 
1 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper (opt.)
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt (omit if ham is salty)

TANGY SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Combine ham loaf ingredients then mix well. Shape into 6 to 8 loaves. Put in shallow baking dish or pan. Pour sauce over and around ham loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting several times with sauce. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
