INDIVIDUAL HAM LOAVES 
1 lb. ham loaf mix
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Usually 3/4 pound ground ham plus 1/4 pound ground fresh pork.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into approximately 6 loaves. Place in baking pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven.

SYRUP GLAZE:

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

Mix. Baste ham loaves every 20 minutes while baking. Great for holiday dinners!
