KELLY'S EASY TACO BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
3/4 cup water
1 env. taco seasoning
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans diced tomatoes with jalapenos
1 (16 oz.) jar chunky salsa (mild, medium, or hot to your taste buds)
shredded cheddar cheese
tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown beef in a large pan with onion, drain excess grease. Add water and taco seasoning. Stir in green chiles, tomatoes and salsa. Pour into a greased casserole dish (round 2-quart or 9x13-inch). Cover beef mixture with shredded cheddar cheese. Crush tortilla chips to cover cheese.

Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes.

Serve over rice (white or yellow). A dollop of dairy sour cream is a great addition on top!
