BAKED CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 (7 oz.) can taco sauce
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (6 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips, crushed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 med. size tomato, sliced into thin wedges

In a medium size saucepan or frying pan, melt butter and saute onion and celery until transparent. Stir in taco sauce, chilies, Jack cheese and chicken. Remove from heat. Line the bottom of an 8"x12" baking dish with half of the tortilla chips. Spoon chicken mixture over chips and top with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle remaining chips over all. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with tomato wedges. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
