HOT CLAM DIP 
2 cans minced clams with juice
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. parsley
1 onion, diced
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 stick of butter
1 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
6-7 drops of Tabasco sauce
3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated

Mix ingredients all together. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve as a dip with Club crackers or vegetables.
