HOT CHEESE AND CRAB DIP 
1 (10 oz.) stick sharp natural Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced sharp processed American cheese
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. dry wine
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat

Cut cheese in small pieces. Combine in saucepan with milk. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Stir wine and crab meat. Heat thoroughly. Serve in a chafing dish with shredded wheat crackers (wafer) or fresh vegetables. Makes 3 cups.
