HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 c. mayonnaise (regular or lite)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic salt
1 can imitation crab meat (opt.)

Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix together artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly golden on top.
