FRENCH CHERRY PIE 
1 9-inch pie shell or graham cracker crust
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Dash of salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

With a fork, mash cream cheese, and whip cream, sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat with electric mixer. When beaten to peak consistency pour in pie shell. Then pour the cherry pie filling over cream. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
