FRENCH CHERRY PIE 
1 sm. (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
9 inch pie shell
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can prepared cherry pie filling

Cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla together. Whip cream and fold into cream cheese mixture carefully. Pour into pastry shell. Spread evenly. Cover with cherry pie filling. Chill thoroughly. May add lemon juice or almond extract to pie filling. May substitute prepared blueberry pie filling and 1 tablespoon lemon juice for cherry pie filling.
