HAM BALL 
1/2 lb. (baked or boiled) deli ham in one piece

Grind. Add:

1 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mold into ball. Place in freezer 30 minutes until firm. Ice with soft cream cheese thinned with milk. Roll in finely grated Mozzarella cheese. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
