JELLO RHUBARB JAM 
7 c. chopped rhubarb
5 c. sugar
2 pkgs. raspberry or strawberry Jello

Mix the first two ingredients and let stand overnight. The next day bring to a boil and simmer for 7 minutes. Remove from heat, add the Jellos and stir for 1 minute. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
