HAM - N - SWISS YUMBOS 
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. mustard "yellow"
1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. shaved ham
12 oz. pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
8 pack hamburger buns

Over low heat in heavy sauce pan, melt butter. Add minced onion and poppy seed. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add mustard "whip in".

Lay buns opened face on counter. Spread sauce evenly on both sides of buns. Repeat with cheese, then ham. Then sandwich together. Wrap in foil to freeze. Warm on grill or in oven. Or wrap in microwave safe paper towel. Cook on high for 1 1/2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
