GOURMET MUSHROOMS 
2 lbs. fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. butter
2 tsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Wash mushrooms, remove stems. Melt butter, add remaining ingredients; mix well. Place mushrooms in 2 quart casserole; pour butter mixture over mushrooms. Bake, covered, in 325 degree oven 30 minutes. 8 servings.

Get crazy like me. For mushrooms, use portobello cut into 1/2-inch squares, oyster, shake with the stems removed, shelf and morels. Yum.
