SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
4 med. cooking apples, cored and peeled
1/3 c. flour

Beat together sugar, vanilla, flour, sour cream and egg until smooth. Dice the apples and add to the mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Mix together the brown sugar and 1/3 cup flour. Cut in 4 tablespoons butter until crumbly and sprinkle over pie. Bake for 20 more minutes.
