SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 c. sour cream
1 lg. egg
1 tsp. vanilla
5 apples, cut into slices
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour

TOPPING:

1/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. brown sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. walnuts

Beat together sour cream, sugar, egg, salt, flour with whisk - add apples and stir well to coat. Put into unbaked pie crust. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees, then add topping and bake 30 minutes more or until done.
