SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
2 c. apples, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
topping

Sift together flour, salt and sugar. Add egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg. Beat into a smooth thin batter. Fold in apples.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Turn down oven to 350°F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle topping over pie and return to oven and bake for 10 minutes at 400°F.

Topping:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Mix all ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of pie.
