CRANBERRY JELLO SURPRISE 
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold liquid (pineapple juice and water)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
1 banana, sliced
1 c. chopped walnuts
Sour cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and cold liquid. Mix well until cranberry sauce is completely blended. Add remaining ingredients.

Pour half of above mixture in serving dish and put in refrigerator until firm, leaving remaining half covered on counter. When firm, neatly spread sour cream on top and then pour remaining mixture over sour cream. Return to refrigerator until top is firm, 2-3 hours. Serve as is.

This looks very festive when made in a glass bowl.
