CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. plain flour
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked
Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Mix together sugar, plain flour, and then add the eggs. Stir in butter and vanilla; mix well. Combine pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
