CHOCOLATE CHIP MELT PIE 
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts (pecans), chopped
2 lg. eggs (beaten)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted, unsalted
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Bake at 350 degrees.

In bowl, mix chips, nuts and eggs. Add the sugars, butter and flour. Stir in vanilla. Pour into pie shells and place pie on a cookie sheet (pan). Bake in center of oven for 30 minutes or until pastry is brown and filling is bubbling.

Good warm with vanilla ice cream!
