CHOCOLATE CHIP MELT-A-WAYS 
1 c. and 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. powdered sugar, sifted
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, baking soda, set aside. Cream butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake 13 minutes until light golden brown.
