NORWEGIAN OAT CRACKERS 
1 qt. warm milk
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dry rolled oats
Flour

In a medium sized mixing bowl, put first four ingredients. Pour in dry rolled oats until the liquid is covered completely. Let stand about 10 minutes or until oats are soaked.

Add flour until you can form it into a ball. Take the dough out and knead on a floured board until it all stays together.

Roll out as thin as possible and cut into shapes (use cookie cutters if you like) and put on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown and crispy, about 5-10 minutes.
