4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. chopped nuts
Cool Whip

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, vanilla, crushed crackers and nuts. Put in greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Top with Cool Whip.
