RITZ CRACKER DESSERT 
80 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 qts. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. boxes instant coconut pudding

Mix butter and cracker crumbs. Line 9x13 inch pan like a pie crust and pat down. Save a few crumbs for top.

Mix milk and pudding in a large bowl until thickened. Add soft ice cream to pudding and mix. Spread mixture over the crust. Spread with 1 large Cool Whip. Refrigerate until set.
