80-90 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
2 c. vanilla ice cream
1 pkg. Dream Whip or Cool Whip
Crushed Heath bars
1 c. milk

Mix together the crushed crackers and melted butter and press into the bottom of a buttered 9x13 pan. Beat together the pudding, ice cream, and milk until thick and pour over bottom layer. Put Dream Whip or Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with crushed Heath bars. Chill for at least 3 hours.
