RITZ CRACKER DESSERT | |
68 Ritz crackers, smashed up (save 1/2 c. for topping) 1 stick butter, melted 3 tbsp. sugar 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix (sm. box) 1 qt. vanilla ice cream (2 pts.) 2 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Pour melted butter over smashed crackers; sprinkle sugar over and mix well. Press in 9 x 12-inch pan. Mix together pudding, milk and ice cream. Pour over crackers. Set in refrigerator until firm. Spread Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle reserved cracker crumbs on top. |
