RITZ CRACKER DESSERT 
50 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter

Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan (save 1/2 cup for topping).

FILLING:

2 boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
1 1/2 c. cold milk (beat for 2 minutes)

Add:

1/4 gal. or more ice cream, slightly softened

Pour over crust and spread.

Spread 1 large tub of Cool Whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle with rest of crumbs. Freeze.
