RITZ CRACKER DESSERT 
52 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cube butter
4 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 can lemon filling
1 carton Cool Whip

Melt butter and combine with crushed crackers. Pat into a 9 x 13 greased pan. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar, beating until thoroughly mixed.

Spread over cracker mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and spread lemon filling on top, then top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
