RITZ CRACKER DESSERT 
62 Ritz crackers
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush crackers and add 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Save 3/4 cup of crushed crackers for top. Mix pudding, milk, and ice cream together and pour over crust. Top with 1 (9 ounce) Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining crumbs on the top. Keep refrigerated.
