SODA CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten with 1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. soda crackers (rolled fine)
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Put soda crackers into a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9 inch greased pie plate.

Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes. When cool, top with 1/2 pint whipping cream.

Let stand at least 4 hours in refrigerator.
