MEXICAN PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 pkgs. Taco seasoning mix
1 c. sliced ripe olives
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. lg. tortillas

In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion. Add the tomato sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Butter both sides of 3 tortillas and place them in the bottom of a baking dish. Add meat and sauce mixture to cover and sprinkle with cheese and olives. Continue layering in this manner until all the meat mixture is used.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until the mixture bubbles.

Serves 6-8 and freezes well.
