MEXICAN PIZZAS 
Tortilla shells
Tomato sauce
1 med. onion, sliced
1 sm. stick pepperoni
1 med. green pepper
1 can black olives
1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese

Place tortilla shells on cookie tray. Cover with tomato sauce. Place onions, sliced pepperoni, green peppers, olives or any other desired toppings on. Top with grated Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is browned.
