MEXICAN PIZZA 
2 lbs. ground meat
2 cans refried beans
Chili powder
Green pepper
Tomatoes
Black olives
Onions
Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese
Picante sauce (opt.)
Flour tortillas

Cook meat and season. Mix with refried beans, onions, green and black pepper. Layer bottom of pan with tortilla shells, then meat mixture and cheeses. Layer again with shells, meat and cheeses. Continue layering if necessary. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serves 4 to 6.
