COUNTRY BREAKFAST PIE 
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
9 in. pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream (Half and Half)

Cook sausage until done. Crumble, then drain. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle into shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour in shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
