COUNTRY CLUB BREAKFAST 
7 slices cubed bread
2 c. cubed ham
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. cheese, thin slices
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt

Grease a glass 9 x 12 inch dish. Put in bread. Then cheese and ham. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over cheese and ham. Cover with remaining bread cubes. Pour melted butter over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
