COUNTRY BREAKFAST 
16 slices white bread
Slices of American cheese
Slices of ham
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt to taste
1/2 c. butter
3 c. corn flakes

Cut off crust from bread and cut in half. Put 8 slices of bread in 9 x 13 pan. Lay slice of American cheese and 1 or 2 slices of ham on each slice of bread. Lay other 8 slices of bread on top.

Beat eggs with milk, mustard, and salt to taste; pour over bread. Cover and keep in refrigerator for 24 hours. Melt butter and mix with corn flakes; sprinkle over top just before baking.

Bake one hour at 300 degrees uncovered.

Note: Can use smaller pan and make half recipe.
