1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
9 inch pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. light cream

Cook sausage until done. Crumble and drain. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in shell. Combine rest. Pour into shell. Bake at 375 degree for 40-45 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
