CHERRY CREAM PAN PIE 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 env. Dream Whip, prepared
2 cans cherry pie filling

Combine flour, butter, brown sugar and nuts. Pat in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool crust, crumble and break up crust, leave in pan. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.

After preparing Dream Whip according to package directions, fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread filling over crust. Spread cherry pie filling over cheese filling. Chill.
