1 regular cake mix (any flavor will work)
1 lb. ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Make box cake mix according to instructions.

Grease only the bottom of a 9x13x2-inch pan. Do not dust pan with flour.

Combine ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat slowly until very smooth (do not beat in air).

Pour over cake mix gently. It will sink to bottom while baking.

Bake 45-60 minutes at 350°F.

When cool, sprinkle powdered sugar over cake.
