CANNOLI PIE 
15 oz. container part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 c. cream de cacoa liqueur
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. miniature chocolate chips (only!)
1/8 tsp. salt
Ready to fill pkg. graham cracker crust (use choc. for full effect)

Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender, cover and beat smooth. Pour into the pie shell and bake in a preheated 300 degree oven 1 hour. Cool at room temperature, then chill.

Makes 8 servings.
