CHOCOLATE KAHLUA CHEESECAKE 
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. butter, softened
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. Kahlua
2 tsp. vanilla

Prepare crumb crust in 9 inch springform pan. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Beat cream on high to soft peaks. Assemble mixer with large mixer bowl. Cream butter and cream cheese at medium. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add kahlua, vanilla and melted chocolate. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 8 hours. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
