FRESH MUSHROOM CHEESE PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. savory
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms

Line a 9 inch pie pan with crust. Set aside. Toss cheese with flour in bowl. Add beaten eggs, milk and seasonings. Fold in sliced mushrooms. Turn mixture into pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour until golden brown and knife inserted off-center comes out clean.

Serves 4 to 6.
