CHEESE/MUSHROOM FONDUE 
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. hot milk
2 c. bread cubes (about 5 slices)
1/2 lb. American cheese, diced
1 tsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Salt to taste

Saute mushrooms in butter. Mix milk, bread cubes, mushrooms, cheese and salt. Stir mixture into beaten eggs. Pour into a well greased shallow pan and bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes until set and slightly browned.
