VEAL PARMESAN 
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Your own spaghetti sauce
4-6 loin veal chops
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. butter
4-6 slices Mozzarella cheese

Mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt and paprika. Dip chops in beaten egg and roll in crumb mix. Heat butter and brown chops on both sides. Cover each chop with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Pour sauce over chops and simmer about 45 minutes.
