VEAL PARMESAN FOR TWO | |
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 beaten egg 1 tsp. water 2 veal cutlets 1 c. tomato sauce 2 tsp. water 1/4 tsp. crushed oregano Dash onion salt Dash pepper 4 slices Mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients. Combine egg and 1 teaspoon water. Dip cutlets in egg mixture and then in bread crumb mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 15 minutes. While baking, combine remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese. Spoon over baked veal and return to oven for 5 to 6 minutes more. Top with cheese slices and return to oven until cheese is hot and bubbly. |
