HAWAIIAN SWEET SOUR CHICKEN 
Cut up chicken or use boneless chicken breasts, flour chicken with seasoned flour and brown in hot oil. Put in pan, cover with sauce and bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add pineapple and green pepper and bake another 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

20 oz. can sliced pineapple (save juice)
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 lg. green pepper, cut crosswise

Draw pineapple, add water to make 1 3/4 cup juice. Mix together with other ingredients (except green pepper) and boil for 4 minutes. Pour over chicken.
