BLISTERED CRAB 
1 c. thick cream sauce
1 lb. crabmeat, fresh, canned or frozen
1 egg, well beaten
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch nutmeg
1 c. Hollandaise

Mix cream sauce, crabmeat, egg, lemon juice and nutmeg. Put in 1 quart casserole. Cover with Hollandaise. Bake in very hot oven, 500 degrees, for about 20 minutes.
