1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1/4 c. pecans (plain or roasted), chopped Makes 5 or 6 balls of ice cream and roll in chopped pecans to completely cover. Put each ball in wax paper, seal securely and freeze until ready to serve. Serve with hot fudge sauce. Or hot butterscotch sauce. NOTE: To roast pecans, place on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool and chop. |
