LEMON BLUEBERRY SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) lowfat lemon yogurt
1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
2 c. vanilla ice milk
Blueberries & lemon peel strips for garnish, if desired

In blender, combine yogurt and 1 1/2 cups blueberries; process until smooth. Add ice milk and continue processing until smooth. Garnish with blueberries and lemon peel strips or lemon slice, if desired. Makes 2 large servings.
