FILLING FOR FRUIT SALAD, BANANA
PUDDING
 
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 tbsp. peanut butter

Mix sugar and flour together. Separate eggs (saving whites for meringue if making pudding or pie). Mix sugar and flour mixture together with egg yolks. Add milk and heat on medium heat until slightly thick, stirring often. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring. If used as a fruit salad filling, add 3 tablespoons peanut butter into filling. Pour mixture over sliced apples, bananas and chopped nuts.
