LEMON PUDDING FRUIT SALAD 
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (drained)
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges (drained)
2 (20 oz.) cans fruit cocktail (do not drain)
4 bananas (sliced)
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
Coconut, optional

Mix fruit lightly in a bowl. Add lemon juice. Add pudding right from the package. Chill 1 hour before serving.
